I found Hi-Yo Silver in a list of names on the copyright record, but no description like the King of the Mounties . . . not sure what that means . . .

You can find the registration here:
1. go to this web page:
http://www.archive.org/details/motionpict19401949librrich
2. click on the link in the top left column that says 'Full Text'
3. When that page has loaded in your browser, hit your Ctrl key and the letter F at the same time
4. on your keyboard type: king of the mounties
